Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday discussed with permanent members of the Security Council to ensure the internal security of the Russian Federation.
“On the agenda today we have a discussion of the issues of ensuring the internal security of the state,” said Putin, whose words are given by Russian media.
The meeting passes behind closed doors, in a video conference format.
