Putin Instructed To Prepare Proposals For Possible Start Of Nuclear Tests

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, special services and relevant civilian departments to prepare proposals on the possible start of work on preparing nuclear tests.
