President Vladimir Putin appointed the new First Deputy Minister of Defense and three deputy heads of the department. This follows from the decrees posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
The head of state appointed Leonid Gornin to the first deputy minister of defense, Anna Tsivilev and Pavel Fradkov – deputy minister.
The presidential decree of the deputy minister of defense was removed by Nikolai Pankov, Ruslan Tsalikov, Tatyana Shevtsova and Pavel Popov.
