“Only professional military will take part in Russia’s special operation in Ukraine.” This was stated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on the air TV channel “Russia 24”.
He assured that only trained military participating in the special operation – officers and contractors.
“Conscripts are not alone, and we do not plan to send it to Ukraine,” the Russian president promised.
