Russian President Vladimir Putin signed with the heads of “DNR” and “LNR” Denis Pishulin and Leonid Poekek for friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance.
Signing documents took place on Monday, February 21, in the Kremlin.
Earlier, on this day, Putin, referring to the Russians, said that he decided to recognize the independence of the “DPR” and “LNR”.
