Russian President Vladimir Putin at the last moment canceled his first visit to the Urals since 2019, Russian media write with reference to sources in the power department.
Vladimir Putin had to fly to Yekaterinburg on December 23 and visit Uralvagonzavod in Nizhny Tagil. The President planned to hold a government meeting and chat with employees of the largest tank factory in Russia.
