Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation by the end of the day, spokesman for the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“In the middle of the day, he (the president) plans to hold an operational meeting with constant members of the Security Council,” said Peskov.
