South Korean authorities will “regret” about the beginning of joint military exercises with the United States, said the head of the department of the Central Committee of the North Korea Kiem, Kim Yong Chol. According to him, Seoul “with his own hands threw a chance to improve intercorean relations.”
In a statement published by the Tax Agency, Kim En Chol warns that the North Korean authorities “will do so that they do not feel how dangerous choice they did to which dangerous security crisis they themselves as a result of the wrong choice.”
In his opinion, “South Korea and the United States chose confrontation” with the DPRK.
