Iranian President Ebrahim Rasisi, in a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, congratulated him on a re -election to a high state post.
The Directorate for the Relations of the Administration of the President of Turkey reported that the president’s conversation took place on Tuesday on the initiative of the Iranian side.
Raisi expressed the hope that the results of the second round of the presidential election in Turkey [May 28] will contribute to strengthening the interests of the Turkish people.
Two -sided ties and regional processes have also been discussed.
