President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev in his speech at a meeting of the Presidium Nana criticized the directors of some institutions.
“During the pandemic period, it was not fully organized by scientific activity. Nevertheless, our work was continued. With great regret, I would note that some director of institutions create obstacles to reforms. I warn these persons that reform should be carried out in the Academy, The instructions of Mr. President must be completed, “said President Nana.
Ramiz Mehdiyev emphasized noted that the disadvantages of the Academy of Sciences should be eliminated:
“Among the factors that led to the appearance of shortcomings in past years, the first place occupies an imperfect management system. Weak and retail control, irresponsibility, weak demanding led to serious problems and arbitrariness at the Academy. Someone in leadership positions in the department of the apparatus was located Under the influence of individuals. Vice-presidents must strictly manage and control the divisions. I am deeply disturbed by such situations as inappropriate disputes, shifting responsibility on each other, gossip. Such cases are observed in some representatives of the leadership. Those who suffer from this disease, must refuse this. “
