As Haqqin.az became known, the appeal notes that the verdict against Rasim Mamedov is unreasonable. In the Baku Court of Appeal submitted to the Baku Court of Appeal, Rasim Mammadov asks for an acquittal.
Recall, Racim Mammadov was detained by SSB officers. A criminal case has been instituted against him under Articles 308.2, 179.4, 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. At the end of last year, the court sentenced Mamedov to 14 years in a maximum security colony. A number of Mamedov’s property were also confiscated.
