Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited Armenian prisoners in Azerbaijan, said the head of the communication programs of the ICKK office in Armenia Zara Amatuni.
“He was given the opportunity to contact his relatives, an exchange of letters and video messages was made, and the opportunity to call was given,” said Amatuni. The previous visit of the ICRC representatives in the same format took place in early January.
