Azerbaijan law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the deliberate fabrication of the Sadarak shopping center (shopping center) in the Garadagsky district of Baku.
This is stated in the information, widespread by the Prosecutor General and Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan.
“On January 8, at about 18:00 Sadarak shopping center, a fire occurred. In connection with the incident, the necessary investigative actions were carried out. During the preliminary investigation, grounds for suspicion of intentionally fabric in a resident of Baku Afghan Abdullaev were identified 27 stores located in the ranks No. 15 and 16 of a shopping center with a total area of 800 square meters, as a result of which significant damage was caused to tenants and entrepreneurs, ”the report said.
In fact, the operational-investigation department of the Ministry of Emergencies opened a criminal case under Articles 186.2.1 (intentional destruction or damage to property with causing major damage) and 186.2.2 (intentional destruction or damage to the property by fagging) of the Criminal Code of the Criminal Code of AR.
