During the fourth meeting of the UKRaine Defense Contact Group, known as Ramstein, Ukraine’s partners agreed on new obligations for the supply of weapons, ammunition, as well as training Ukrainian fighters. This was stated by Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexei Reznikov on Facebook.
“By agreement with colleagues, we keep the intrigue regarding the lion’s lion of existing and new assistance packages, including the supply of weapons, ammunition, training of our soldiers and much more. At first they will feel the enemy on the battlefield. There are new obligations of partners. concern land, seas, and sky, ”said Reznikov.
The Minister said that together with the deputy commander in chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Evgeny Moysyuk and Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Ministry of Defense, Major General Vadim Skibitsky, they informed partners about the situation at the front and introduced the current needs of the defense forces of Ukraine.
During the performance of Reznikov, he asked to pay attention to “efforts to increase the abilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to carry out specific missions.” He also raised the topic of systematizing the maintenance and repair of foreign equipment, as well as transparency of accounting and use of international military assistance.
According to the minister, the partners said that they have no “fatigue” from the war in Ukraine and would not be. They are ready to support Ukraine before victory. Also, many partners expressed their readiness to train Ukrainian fighters, which will allow you to get a quality reserve.
