In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a preparatory meeting was held in the case of the former head of the executive authority of the city of Baku Rasim Guliyev. According to his own Correspondent Haqqin.az, at a meeting chaired by Judge Faika Ganiev, the questionnaire of the accused was clarified.
Rasim Guliyev’s lawyers appealed to the court with a petition for replacing the preventive measure for their defendant to home arrest. The court rejected this by a petition.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 23.

In relation to Rasim Gulieva, a criminal case was initiated under Articles 308.2 (abuse of official powers) and 314.2.3, by virtue of which he threatens to eight years in prison.
