On Saturday, July 16, on the territory of the Hajigulsky district, the road-patrol service was detained by the Hyundai car with a faulty lighting system.
According to Haqqin.az in the Ministry of the Interior, police officers invited a driver, a resident of the Kurdamirsky district, previously convicted by Ramin Mamedov, and his passenger Yaguba Mammadov, for examination by a doctor, as their behavior aroused suspicion of law enforcement officials.
But at that moment they resisted, Ya. Mamedov tried to injure police officers with a knife, but was disarmed.
In relation to the driver, a protocol was drawn up under Article 333.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Both citizens were transferred to the police department of the Gadzhigabul district for investigation.
During a personal search in the police department, Y. Mamedov found 40 grams of marijuana, and the Mamedov R. Mamedov found and seized heroin and methamphetamine, as well as electronic scales.
