Iranian President Hasan Roukhani announced the beginning of the new fourth coronavirus wave in the country. This is reported by TASS.
He noted that the spread of coronavirus infection was recorded on the territory of two provinces. However, the politician did not specify, in which regions the fourth wave of COVID-19 began.
“Unfortunately, the fourth wave began in two provinces, and in a number of other provinces it can begin if we do not observe,” Rouhani said.
In Iran, an increase in the number of detected cases of infection with a new type coronavirus is observed. So, on Thursday, April 1, over 11 thousand people received positive results of analyzes for Coronavirus, which is a record figure since December 2020.
