Pushkarev was found guilty of part 2 of Article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal sharing and dissemination of information about the privacy of persons using the official position). The court also forbade him to work in law enforcement agencies for three years.

According to the case, in 2016 – 2017. Pushkarev was collected at the request of Pyriev information about the lawyers representing the interests of his competitors in the struggle for this trademark. During the investigation, Pushkarev was fired from the internal affairs bodies.

Meanwhile, at the present time, Pyrievs is a defendant in the process passing in the Soviet district of Novosibirsk. He is accused of art. 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (extortion) and Art. 167 of the Criminal Code (intentional destruction of someone else’s property).

In particular, he is suspected of organizing a profile of the coffee shop “Academy of Coffee” in Novosibirsk Academgorodok in October 2017, extortion and arson of the car of one of the co-owners of this institution.
