Purchases through the Federal Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Federal Security Service, Rosgvardia and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, their subordinate institutions and state unitary enterprises will be classified. According to RIA Novosti, the corresponding order of the government entered into force on January 1, 2022.
