The Administration of the President of Russia is preparing a decree prohibiting Russian companies and any traders purchasing Russian oil to sell it to countries and companies that introduced the price of prices, says Bloomberg.
It is noted that the decree will prohibit any mention of the maximum price in contracts for Russian oil or oil products, and also prohibit loading intended for any countries that take restrictions.
