On the night of November 8, Russia attacked energy infrastructure facilities in the Kyiv, Kirovograd, Poltava, Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Energy, there is a blackout in the Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkov, Chernigov, Kyiv, Zaporozhye, Odessa and Kirovograd regions regions.
It is noted that as a result of the strikes, emergency power outages were applied in a number of regions. The Ministry of Energy noted that the situation in the Kharkov, Sumy and Poltava regions remains particularly difficult.
Ukrenergo noted that in some regions, hourly outage schedules for up to 3 stages and power limitation schedules for industrial consumers continue to apply.
