Russia has four memorandum on interaction in the field of biological security – with Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenia. With four neighboring countries – Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan – the development of such documents is carried out and “in a very high stage of readiness.” This was stated by the vice speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev, reports TASS.
