Russia will provide Azerbaijan and Armenia to assist in resolving tensions on the border, if such a request comes from both states. According to TASS, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Andrei Rudenko, said to journalists.
“This is a normal situation when the parties in such an environment turn to us for help, for assistance, after the mediation, especially since we have experience in the context of developing a statement of November 9 and January 11. Therefore, if such an appeal goes with Parties to all participants, and not just from one of the parties, I mean from Azerbaijan and Armenia, then we will be ready to provide that assistance that we can, “said Rudenko, answering the agency’s question.
