Russia mulling to strike on Tbilisi

The Russian expert proposed to apply a missile blow to Lugar’s laboratory in Tbilisi. “Echo of the Caucasus” writes that the lead expert of the Center for Military Political Studies MGIMO Mikhail Alexandrov said that if Georgia refuses to allow Russian inspectors to American biologic sites located on its territory, then Russia has a complete right to put a missile blow on them.

“Georgia needs to be directly warned: We demand to admit our inspectors to these objects, and if they refuse, it must be said that we will simply destroy these laboratories, we will strike on them. The publication reminds that on March 6, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published documents in which the biological weapons were allegedly created in Ukraine. The official representative of the department, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said that on February 24, the pathogens of the plague, Siberian ulcers, Tularevia, cholera and other deaths were emergency in Poltava and Kharkov laboratories. Against this background, the Russian media resumed a disinfectory campaign against the Lugar Tbilisi Lab. Since the opening of the Tbilisi Laboratory named after Richard Lugara in 2011, rumors about creating in the center of chemical or biological weapons, as well as strains of hazardous viruses, are actively interpreted in the Russian media.
