“Laboratory of Rospotrebnadzor and other departments continues constant monitoring of the circulation of coronavirus options in the Russian Federation and a number of adjacent states with the loading of genomic data into the national database of VGARUS, where 226 thousand genome sequences are already posted. To date, more than 150 organizations are connected to the system, which carry out sequencing of coronavirus genomes, ”said Rospotrebnadzor.
