The State Duma in the first reading adopted a bill that prohibits rallies from schools and buildings of authorities, writes Medusa.
The bill proposes to ban rallies in the territory of stations, airports, schools, hospitals, children’s and sports grounds and public authorities.
There are also a list of places in which collections cannot be held will be able to expand the authorities of the regions.
