FSB staff prevented an attack on the educational institution in Kazan, the special services reported in the center of public relations, reports TASS.
It is reported that the teenager’s “mass murder” was detained. The detainee said that the user Telegram Yaroslav Ovsyuk from Ukraine was inclined to armed attack.
After searches, it was withdrawn by a pneumatic rifle, as well as means of communication in which search queries were found about the alteration of this weapon into combat and materials on armed attacks on educational institutions.
It is noted that the case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 30, part 2 Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation for the murder of two or more persons).
