Russia transferred troops from under Mariupol to Donbass

In Mariupol, approximately two BTGR of Russians continue to be, which is equivalent to several thousand people. And the troops of the Russians who left the city are stuck under the village of Velikaya Novoselka. Such an assessment was given by a senior representative of the Pentagon during a briefing, which was published on the official website of the US Department of Defense.

“We would appreciate that about two battalion tactical groups of Russians are still in Mariupol, so this is several thousand people,” said the representative of the Pentagon.

However, the Ministry of Defense is not sure whether the army of Russians in the city can be called full -fledged BTGR. In Mariupol there is a mixture of several different Russian forces. For example, Kadyrov’s militants are noticed there. Therefore, it cannot be said for sure that the invaders in the city are formed in two BTGR, as whole units. But their number reaches about 2 thousand people.

A senior representative of the Ministry of Defense also noted that the vast majority of forces that were concentrated in Mariupol and around him were sent to the Donbass. These are approximately 10 battalion tactical groups. However, these units stalled south of the village of Velikaya Novoselka.
