Russia transferred two battalion tactical groups from the territory of the Belgorod region to the Ukrainian city of Izum from the 76th airborne assault division. This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook in operational information at 6:00 April 27.
According to the report, in the Izuyum direction, Russian units from the 1st Panzer Army, the 20th Combined Arms of the Western Military District, the 35th Combined Arms and the 68th Army Corps of the Eastern Military District and the Airborne Forces carry out offensive operations in the direction of Barvenkovo.
“The enemy took possession of the northeastern outskirts of the village of Bolshaya Kamyshev, and also took control of the village of Plants” – the statement said.
In addition, in the areas of the settlements of the Belgorod region, the enemy of the Russian Federation deployed two missile divisions of ISKANDER-M OTRK.
