The deepening of a particularly privileged strategic partnership with India remains one of the priority tasks for Russia. As the Russian State Media reports, Shoigu noted that Russia and India are tied by strong and time-tested bonds of friendship, based on mutual respect, trusting, equal rights and aspirations To promote the unifying international agenda.

The Secretary of the Council of People’s Commissars emphasized that a multi -level and trusting political dialogue successfully operates between the two states.
