Russian Ministry Of Defense Reported That Village Of Ivanopole Had Been Taken Under Control

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the settlement of Ivanopole in the Donetsk region came under the control of Russian troops. This was stated in a message from the press service of the Russian defense department on Tuesday, November 25.

The settlement of Ivanopole was taken under control “as a result of decisive actions” by a unit of the “Southern” group of forces,” the Russian defense department noted.

The Russian Ministry of Defense also reported a “massive strike” on military-industrial complex (MIC) and energy facilities Ukraine.

“In response to terrorist attacks by Ukraine on civilian targets on Russian territory, tonight the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive strike with high-precision long-range ground, sea and air-based weapons, including hypersonic aeroballistic missiles “Dagger”, attack unmanned aerial vehicles on the military-industrial complex and energy facilities of Ukraine, which ensured their operation, as well as storage sites for unmanned aerial vehicles long-range vehicles,” the report says.

The Russian department claims that “the objectives of the strike were achieved” and “all designated targets were hit.”

“Operational-tactical aviation, attack unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery of groupings of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation damaged the transport and port infrastructure of Ukraine, used in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as temporary deployment of Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries in 151 districts,” follows from the publication.

“An air defense system shot down a guided bomb, four long-range Neptune guided missiles and 419 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles,” the Russian Ministry of Defense added.
