According to the message, 26 UAVs were intercepted and destroyed over the territory of the Belgorod region, 20 UAVs – over the territory of the Rostov region, 19 UAVs – over the territory of the Republic of Crimea, 11 UAVs – over the territory of the Ryazan region, 11 UAVs – over territory of the Krasnodar region, 5 UAVs – over the territory of the Voronezh region, 4 UAVs – over the territory of the Lipetsk region, 3 UAVs – over the territory of the Kursk region, 1 UAV – over the territory of the Astrakhan region, 1 UAV – over the territory of the Volgograd region, 1 UAV – over the territory of the Republic of Kalmykia and 1 UAV – above water area of the Sea of Azov.
Later, the Russian department noted that in the period from 7.00 Moscow time to 8.00 Moscow time, duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed five Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Volgograd region.
