The head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Russia is trying to strengthen comprehensive cooperation with the member countries of the organization of Islamic cooperation. (OIK), respecting their social and political structures and moral values”
Minnikhanov in his speech at the closing of the Russia-Islamic World: Kazan 2023 forum, whose global communication partner is Anadolu (aa), thanked everyone who contributes to the forum and all its participants.
noting that relations with the Islamic world are of particular importance, Minnikhanov added that OIK is the most important institution in the Islamic world:
“The political position of Russia and the fact that representatives of different religions live in it, show how important relations with Islamic countries are. Russia and the countries OIK shares the same point of view on many issues related to world development”.
The head of Tatarstan noted that cooperation between countries is valuable in conditions of global instability and that cooperation plays a large role in the development of fair world order with a variety of cultures and value orientations.
According to Rustam Minnikhanov, trade, economic and investment differences in the Islamic economy are one of the most important parts of the world economy.
“The significance of these differences in international trade is gradually increasing. Russia is trying to strengthen its comprehensive cooperation with OIK member countries, respecting their socio-political structures and moral values. In the current conditions, it is important to increase mutual agreements on the reconstruction of the logistics chain of freight transportation, work On the issues of strengthening the technological sovereignty of countries, to improve the world of international transport corridors and introduce joint investment projects. In this regard, the Kazan forum is unique. This is a platform where participants and guests can discuss these issues and many proposals, ”Minnikhanov emphasized.
