The Defense Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan General-Colonel Zakir Gasanov took the acting commander of Russian peacekeeping forces in Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
According to HAQQIN.AZ, with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General R. Muradov presented his successor to the Minister of Defense – the new commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent of Major Mikhail Kozobokov.
The meeting discussed the situation on the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers were temporarily posted.
