Saakashvili brought to court

Ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili transported from the Goria Military Hospital to the Tbilisi City Court of the City Court, where a meeting will be held on the acceleration of the opposition rally in 2007 and the seizure of the Imedi television company, RIA Novosti reports.

It will be its first appearance in the public after the detention.

“Saakashvili delivered to the hospital building. We can accurate to say that today Saakashvili will speak to the people,” the report says.

Mikhail Saakashvili returned to Georgia shortly before the first round of municipal elections, after which he was arrested and put in prison. Former leader of Georgia declared a hunger strike after arrest on October 1. On November 20, he was taken to the Military Hospital Gori from the prison hospital on the outskirts of Tbilisi, where he got on November 8.
