A resident of the village of Sarvan of the Saborybad district Rafet Ganiev staged his death, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reports.
It is reported that in connection with the fire on November 25, 2021, in a KIA car belonging to a citizen Rafte Ganiev and the detection of a presumably burned corpse of the owner of the vehicle, operational and investigative measures were carried out.
During the investigation, it was found that the director of the construction company Kaspian ̇nşaat MB R. Ganiev deliberately settled his car, which was undergoing a suspect in the sale of apartments, having previously settled the bones of unknown origin into it in order to stage his death.
Ganiev was detained in the Yasamalsky district of Baku.
