On the evening of October 3, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sabunchinsky district received information about the death of 37-year-old Vugar Eyubova.
As the HAQQIN.AZ reported in the Prosecutor General’s Office, previously convicted V.Eyubov was killed by his 15-year-old son Aydin Eyubov on the basis of family conflict. During the investigation, it turned out that during the next quarrel of Vugar Eyubov poured his son to Earth in the courtyard of the house where he lived, and demanded that he had funds to buy narcotic substances, but he likes the stone lying on Earth, hit his father several times on the head. From the injuries of V.Eyubov died in place.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 123.1 (intentional murder committed in exceeding the limits of the necessary defense) of the Criminal Code. A teenager is under the control of the police. The investigation on the case continues.
