Creating a unified information system for social services will make it possible to make a model of a social service card that covers all the information about the services provided in real time.
As reported by Haqqın.az in the press service of the Ministry, this was stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sakhil Babaev at an online event organized by the Ministry of Social Services to the Ministry of Social Services in connection with the presentation of important projects and innovative initiatives in the respective spheres. / P>
The Minister stressed that the concern of President Ilham Aliyev, the social sphere makes it possible to achieve serious success and in the development of social services. He noted that over the past two years and in the first quarter of this year, 12 rehabilitation and social services institutions were commissioned in accordance with modern requirements, and this process continues. At the same time, the mechanism of operational management of social services is created on the basis of modern principles of work. The main objectives are improving the quality and efficiency, availability of data services, building on the basis of international work experience with people in need of social services, care procedures.
S. Babayev drew attention to the transition to the social model in social service institutions, where currently more than 1,200 people are constantly under the protection of the state. He noted that the main goal is to strengthen socio-rehabilitation work to integrate these people into society, so that they can freely, regardless of others, have their own lives. The main purpose of social services in general should be the achievement of a positive turn, positive changes in the life of served persons, return to active life.
The Minister noted that work continues to ensure social support for the Veterans of the Patriotic War, family of shekhid. He stated that the importance of work to ensure the social and psychological support of this category of citizens through the Agency of Social Services in the post-period, noted that this work covers thousands of people. He also stressed that the social support of the families of veterans and shekhid will become a priority direction in activities.
