Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population of Azerbaijan Sakhil Babaev and Minister of Labor and Development of Human Resources of Pakistan Sajid Hussein Tour meeting in a video conference format.
During the meeting, Sakhil Babaev noted that thanks to the political will and efforts of the heads of states, relations between the two countries developed and reached the level of strategic partnership.
The minister emphasized that the constant political and moral support of Pakistan to Azerbaijan in ensuring the territorial integrity of our country is highly appreciated by our people, and expressed appreciation for this support.
Babaev said that he was saddened by numerous victims and destruction caused by strong floods in Pakistan, expressed condolences to families and relatives of the victims, wished the victims as a result of the tragedy.
He spoke in detail about the large -scale social reforms conducted in Azerbaijan, as well as the role of DOST centers and the work done in the direction of electronizing services.
The minister emphasized that there is a great potential for expanding the cooperation of the two countries in many areas, including in the field of labor and employment, and the implementation of active exchange of experience.
He drew attention to the importance of the Memorandum of understanding of cooperation between two ministries, signed in May of this year in the development of bilateral relations.
Sajid Khussain Tour expressed satisfaction by the fact that the relationship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan is today at the level of strategic partnership based on friendly relations. He expressed confidence that the cooperation of the two ministries would further expand against the background of expanding relations between the two countries.
