The murder with particular cruelty was committed in the village of Ostair Yardmlinsky district. A resident of the village of Gyulhar Mammadova was killed in the store where she worked. The woman was chopped with an ax. Firgat Mastiev, born in 1985,
was detained as a suspect.
The inhabitants of the village told the Haqqin.az correspondent that the incident occurred last night.
“The store is small, he was the only source of income Gulhar. The detained firgat was also a resident of the village. He drank, and people were not a high opinion of him,” said one of the inhabitants.

According to information, on this day a wedding ceremony was held in the village. Mamedova left the house with her son and daughter -in -law to attend the event. However, after a while she returned home – to pray. At this time, she saw how two people were trying to penetrate the store, and tried to resist them. Thieves chopped off a woman. According to another version, Gulhar refused to sell cigarettes to Firgat and it angered him.
The prosecutor’s office of the Yardmlinsky district reported that on July 6, at about 22:00, information was received about the discovery of the body Gulhar Mammadova, born in 1962, with the traces of the murder.
On the basis of the investigation, reasonable suspicions were established that the fellow soldier Firgat Mastiev, born in 1985, penetrated the grocery store owned by Mammadova on the indicated day and killed it with an ax.
In fact, a criminal case has been instituted in the prosecutor’s office of the Yardymlinsky district under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
Firgat Mastiev was detained as a suspect and brought to criminal liability.
