Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Head of the Coordination Staff on the centralized settlement of issues on the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sirm Nuriyev met with the General Director of MedEF International Philip Gautier and representatives of leading French companies. at the meeting it was noted that there was fruitful cooperation between Azerbaijan and France. Regular visits of representatives of leading French companies in Azerbaijan were regarded as a manifestation of interest in the deepening of economic ties. It was noted that in the liberated territories under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, large-scale work on construction and reconstruction is actively continuing. For a very short time, and at the expense of domestic financial resources, significant results were achieved, and in Azerbaijan for the post-war period, the basis of the advanced world experience in speed and scale of recovery and reconstruction work.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Airbus, Alstom, Suez, Thales, Egis, Oberthur Cash Protection, Arverne Group and other leading French companies. An interest was expressed in expanding cooperation and emphasized the intention of French business community to participate in the projects of recovery and reconstruction implemented on the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
