Saudi Arabia Signed An Agreement With Support Of Healthcare System In Syria

Saudi Arabia signed an agreement with the World Health Organization (WHO) on the launch of a joint program to support emergency medical services in Syria.

As the State Agency SPA reports, the document was signed between the Center for Humanitarian Assistance named after King Salman and WHO in the 80th Session of the General Assembly of the UN New York.

According to the agreement, the program will cover emergency medical services in the Syrian provinces of Idlib, Aleppo, Homs and Hama.

as part of the initiative, it is planned to support the activities of 70 medical institutions, to ensure the wages of medical personnel, as well as the supply of medicines and medical equipment. Get about 1.5 million people living in these regions.
