Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz Following the negotiations with the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky said that he promised to provide draft laws on the special status of Donbass, constitutional reform and electoral law for discussion in the contact group in Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
“President of Ukraine in our negotiations rebell me again that bills on special status, according to the constitutional reform, will be submitted to discuss them in Minsk format,” Scholz said at a press conference.
