Special forces of the Security Service of Ukraine delayed the businessman Vagif Aliyev in the Transcarpathian region in the West of Ukraine, reports UNIAN with reference to the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander Dubinsky.
“Dubinsky’s pendar reports that the special unit of the SBU” Alfa “delayed in Transcarpathia of the businessman Vagif Aliyev. The reasons are unknown,” the agency says.
