Representatives of Ukraine in the Tripartite Contact Group stated that the militants moved to the seizure of hostages, and the detention of international observers is regarded as terrorist activities.

“In this regard, the Ukrainian delegation encourages the international community, first of all participants in the Norman format, to grant an assessment of the actions of the Russian side” – the statement says.
