The illegal actions of the officials of the State Tatims of Goskomozhni are suppressed. The SGB report says that comprehensive operational-search measures were carried out on the basis of the criminal case in the criminal service.
As a result of the investigation, reasonable suspicions arose that the director of the Azerterminalkomplex association under the State Tatims of the Echtiram Khalilov abused their official powers, violated the rules for conducting customs auctions. Thus, a group of persons received goods that have passed into state property at low prices. There were also reasonable suspicions of a bribe from a group of persons.
In relation to Echtiram Khalilov, a criminal case was opened under Articles 308.1, 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was elected.
In addition, the investigation established that the deputy chief of the Main Customs Administration on Water Transport, Rashar Babaev, together with the head of the road tax department and control over permissive forms, Shchyukur Safarov, was abused by official powers and carried out illegal fundraising from the large -sized machines entering the country.
In relation to officials, criminal cases were instituted under Articles 311.3.1, 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was elected.
At the same time, during the investigation there were reasonable suspicions that the head of the main operational-investigation department Masum Rasulov assigned budget funds on an especially large scale. The official, through the Azernereminalcomplex, wrote off funds for the provision of legal services, advertising work, as well as the technical service. The funds were transferred and cashed out from the accounts of Azerbaijan Legal Consulting ̇NTERNATIONAL SERVICES, Nanoc, Veqa-Servis, MEQAN GROUP, OMEGA SERVIS IKO, and others.
The official is also suspected of assigning smuggled cigarettes confiscated by customs officers, which should be distributed to the Azerbaijani military.
In relation to Masum Rasulov, criminal cases under articles 179.4 and 308.1 were instituted. Supporting search measures continues.
