The State Security Service of Azerbaijan and the State Border Service conducted a special operation in connection with information about the illegal crossing of the state border.
According to the SGB press service, as a result of operational investigative measures, reasonable suspicions arose that Azerbaijan citizens 31-year-old Rasif Agayev and 52-year-old Anvar Isaev in exchange for monetary rewards organized a secret transition of some persons living in Iran, to the territory of Azerbaijan bypassing the checkpoints on the guarded state border.
in the framework of a criminal case in accordance with SGB under article 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of the Azerbaijan Republic by a preliminary conspiracy) R. Agaev and A. Isaev are held accountable.
