SGB of Georgia detained two citizens on suspicion of relations with Deasha

The Georgian State Security Service detained two citizens of the country on suspicion of terrorist activities, the country’s counter -terrorist center reports.

The detainees are suspected of relations with the terrorist group of Deaash. The special operation was carried out simultaneously in two regions of Georgia.

According to the report, during the investigative actions, flags with the symbols of the terrorist organization Deasha and various types of electronic media of information were seized. In addition, ammunition, explosive devices and explosives were removed from the residence of the detainees, the SGB reported.
