In the Baku Court of Crime, the trial ended with the 28-year-old Parvin Agayev, a resident of the Saborybad district, accused of trying to kill his pregnant wife.

During a quarrel with his wife, Shabn Ismailova, who was in the sixth month of pregnancy, Agayev inflicted stab wounds into the throat and chest. The victim with the help of neighbors was taken to the hospital. Agayev was charged under Articles 29.120.2.4 and 29.120.2.8 of the Criminal Code.

Agayev partially pleaded guilty of charges against him. In his testimony, he said that “a few days before the incident, I corresponded with an unfamiliar girl in an online game. I saw it, we quarreled. She demanded that we divorce. I asked her to give me a week”

The victim of the Shabnes Ismailova told the court that the reason for all the discord was that her husband talked with other girls. According to the woman, Parvin first tried to strangle her, and then launched a knife. The neighbors came running to the noise.

At the same time, the victim said that she forgave Parvina as the father of her child, made up with him, had no claims and demands.

by the decision of the court, Parvin Agayev was sentenced to 11 years and 3 months of a maximum security colony.
