Pakistan Prime Minister Shakhbaz Sharif expressed gratitude to the Turkish President Recep Tayyp Erdogan for Pakistan’s “powerful support and unshakable solidarity”.
In a statement published on the social network X, Sharif noted that Pakistan is proud of many years of fraternal ties with Turkey.
“Dear brother, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan with his powerful support and unshakable solidarity with Pakistan deeply touched me,” wrote Sharif.
He expressed gratitude to Erdogan for his persistent efforts and a constructive role in the promotion of peace in South Asia.
Sharif expressed the hope that the connections between Pakistan and Turkey will continue to strengthen as both countries work on building a “bright and prosperous future.”
